Biography

Dr. Samuel Hormazábal (Chile, 1967) holds a degree in Oceanography from the P. Universidad Católica de Valparaiso (1995), a M.Sc. in Sciences m/Physics from Universidad de Concepción (1999). His PhD degree in Oceanography was obtained at the University of Copenhaguen, Denmark (2003).

 

He is the Director and and Adjunct Professor at the Escuela de Ciencias del Mar, of the Facultad de Recursos Naturales of the P. Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
